👀 8 prompts for your best-ever landing page
A few days inside Claude Code. One landing page. The best one I've ever put together.
Here's the exact prompt sequence. Bookmark it for next time.
1. Deep research landing page best practices (optimization, fonts, sections). Put it in an md file. Exhaustive.
2. Deep research all my competitors' landing pages — copy, positioning, sections. Exhaustive.
3. Deep research adjacent page best practices (careers, SEO/GEO, blog). Exhaustive.
4. Deep research modern landing page templates and component libraries that are simple to set up and beautiful out of the box. Exhaustive.
5. Look at our brand guide and create a technical brand guide (Tailwind variables, notes) in an md file for later.
6. Take the research docs, deep research my company, ask me questions to fill gaps, generate an outline of copy and visuals for every section.
7. Ask me questions to pick the best technical approach. I'm nontechnical. Then create a plan doc with multiple phases.
8. Execute the plan.
That's all you need for a top 10% site.
Top 1% is creativity. Don't constrain yourself to what you've seen. That's how I landed on a custom music player, light/dark mode with full day and night scenes, and an interactive UI.

💥 "Design is the new code." 5 days later, Anthropic came for Figma.
On April 12, Peter Yang sat down with Dylan Field. Figma's CEO laid out his case for how designers earn their seat in the AI era.
Three skills that actually matter: taste, craft, point of view. AI generates average by definition. Designers push past it.
His proof: 2 out of 3 Figma users today are not designers.
5 days later, Anthropic shipped Claude Design. It reads your codebase and Figma files, lifts your design system, and turns prompts into prototypes, decks, and marketing pages. Exports to Canva, PPTX, PDF, or hands off to Claude Code as a build-ready bundle.
Figma stock dropped 7% the same day. Mike Krieger, Anthropic's CPO, had quietly resigned from Figma's board three days earlier.
Field's framing holds up. Tools change. The moat is still taste, craft, point of view. Anyone can generate average. Very few people make something distinctive.
